Waterford Place is a 384 unit Class A luxury apartment community surrounded by scenic hiking, walking, and nature conservation trails. Featuring a clubhouse with a movie theater, fitness center, indoor pool, hot tub, business center, and outdoor tennis courts, and with units ranging in size from 682 sf to 1,477 sf, this property was built by our construction partner, Pro Con Incorporated. Construction on this project commenced in 2002 and was completed in 2003, and financing was provided by the HUD 221D4 program. This property was sold to Sentinel Real Estate Investments in 2006. Initially part of a larger master plan developed by the Waterford Companies, Waterford Place is adjacent to the residential new home community, Woodland Pond.
Waterford Commons
Manchester, Connecticut
Waterford Commons is a 303 unit Class A luxury community consisting of apartments and townhomes. Featuring a clubhouse with a sauna and steam room, fitness center, indoor pool, hot tub, business center, and outdoor tennis courts, this property was built by our construction partner, Pro Con Incorporated.Construction on this project commenced in 1997 for the first phase and in 1998 for the second phase of the community which was completed in 1999. Financing was provided by the HUD 221D4 program. This property was sold to the California State Teachers Retirement Fund in May 2003.
Waterford Green

Waterford Green, now Hampshire Green, is a 204 unit Class A luxury apartment community, and was the first multi-family project built by Waterford Development Corporation. Featuring a clubhouse with a sauna and steam room, fitness center, indoor pool, hot tub, business center, and outdoor tennis courts, this property was built by our construction partner,Pro Con Incorporated. Construction on this project commenced in 1996 and was completed in 1997. Financing was provided by the HUD 221D4 program. This property was sold in December 2003 to a division of Sentinel Real Estate Investments.
