Debbie Bready joined Waterford Development in 2003 as its Office Manager and Assistant to the President of Waterford Investment Capital. She is responsible for all corporate books and financial reports, payroll, medical insurance and general liability insurance for the following companies:
- Waterford Development Corp
- Waterford Investment Capital
- Woodland Pond at Manchester – 73 home subdivision, Manchester, NH
- The Neighborhoods at Woodland Pond – 487 unit master planned condominium, Manchester, NH
Ms. Bready works closely with her colleagues at Woodland Pond at Manchester and The Neighborhoods at Woodland Pond and is responsible for bank funding requisitions, subcontractors payroll, lien waivers, insurance coverage and vendor payables. She produces all documentation relating to house closings and interacting with the settlement companies.
Prior to joining Waterford Development she was Vice President of a small computer storage company out of Framingham, MA. Before moving to the United States in 1978 she was assistant to two Flight Lieutenants of the Royal Air
Ms. Bready is a graduate of Winchmore College, London, England.
